Responsibilities

: Maintain and update Business Development plans, account and opportunity data within company systems as directed Support US Business Development Specialists in achieving lead generation goal; Build, mentor, and coach sales team Ensure maintenance of records of correspondence in CRM tool, coordinate with Sales Operations on CRM system Represent solutions in a manner consistent with company business principles and ethics Coordinate cross- functionally with other teams in support of the planning and execution of demand and lead generation programs Participate in company-sponsored events and marketing campaigns designed to stimulate more brand and product awareness

Qualifications

At least 4 years of sales experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing & sales or equivalent years of experience required. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of 6-8 people. Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals Ability to conduct market-level analyses to identify opportunities, and develop and execute an acquisition strategy Strong application software sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven success in a fast-paced and demanding environment Excellent organizational and time management skills US citizens preferred Program and Project Management
