As a Client Account Associate, your main goal is to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and guide them toward the right wireless, internet, and TV services. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a seamless and positive experience while representing one of the top brands in the industry.
Responsibilities
In the Client Account Associate Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about available service options, promotions, and plans.
- Conduct outreach to connect with potential customers, gather feedback, and improve overall satisfaction.
- Build lasting relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending personalized solutions.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of telecom services, including internet, phone, and TV packages.
- Assist with troubleshooting, resolve customer concerns, and ensure any service issues are handled promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and company offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance outreach strategies and improve the customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the system. What We're Looking For In A Client Account Associate:
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A natural ability to engage with people and establish rapport.
- Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic.
- Adaptability to industry changes and evolving customer needs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,777.00 - $65,980.00 per year Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
