Job Description

: You'll be the first impression each homeowner has by offering the opportunity to lock in their monthly electric bill at a considerably lower rate by switching to solar energy. By joining our team, you will be essential in helping us switch homeowners everywhere to the cleanest, most abundant renewable energy source: solar energy.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and community events.
• Schedule appointment s for homeowners to meet with our solar specialists
• Follow up with leads , answer customer questions, and provide exceptional customer
• service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Document all homeowner communication and daily activity via CRM and KPIs.
• Attend all mandatory office meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed and improve sales skills.

Qualifications

:

• You MUST have a car and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Highly self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently and as a team member.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only role with high earning potential.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but optional; we provide comprehensive training.
• Passionate about renewable energy and helping people.
• Travel as needed for the position; less than 30% of the time What We Offer:

• Entry-level solar sales representatives earn an average of $3,000-$10,000 + in commissions monthly, with the top performers earning $10,000-$15,000+ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
