Job Title: Security Sales Representative - CCTV, Access Control and Fire Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for creating and selling innovative customized security and/or fire alarm settings. * Create multiple proposals that allow customers to accomplish their varied goals, needs and budgets. * Develop security and/or fire alarm offerings to potential customers. * Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention. * Demonstrate the ability to close sales based on value not price. * Promote collaboration, partnerships and positive relationships with customers. * Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements. * Maintains customer confidence by keeping customer information confidential. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Position Requirements: * Must pass background check. * Ability to work well with others both internally and externally in stressful situations. * Advanced written, verbal, customer service and relationship building skills. * Candidates should have experience in: either Security Sales or Fire Alarm Sales. * Demonstrates problem solving and negotiating skills. * Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. * Should have high presentation and demonstration skills. * Should operate effectively and with minimal supervision. * Keeps current with market conditions and product trends * Computer skills with knowledge of MS office 365.
