Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. * Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential customers. * Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients. * Manage event planning activities to promote products and services effectively. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using office tools such as QuickBooks. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. * Assist in budgeting processes related to sales initiatives and events. * Perform clerical duties including filing, schedule management, and maintaining organized documentation. * Oversee office if needed and assist other sales representatives * will be working directly with owners Skills * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records related to sales activities. * Experience in event planning is a plus, showcasing organizational capabilities. * Excellent schedule management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Familiarity with clerical tasks including filing systems and office management practices. * Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring quality service delivery. * Strong budgeting skills to assist in financial planning for sales initiatives.
