We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager with extensive background with Salesforce CPQ Transformation Projects and Enabled best practices and tools for GTM Initiatives.

Responsibilities

:

• Attend and collaborate in workshops to gather business needs and analyze current Lead to cash processes for optimization.
• Act as a dedicated business analyst to conduct complex analysis and requirements definition for applications that automate configure-price-quote (CPQ) business processes and GTM
• Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
• Be a key contributor/ facilitator in cross-functional teams, working to create user stories, BRDs and developing a solution roadmap
• Participate in documentation, training, testing and delivery efforts in concert with other team members
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective
• Be one of the first points of contact for user support and problem solving
• Serve as the primary contact for projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Solution Design:
• Interface with Business and IT cross functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems and consults with various users to identify potential improvements.
• Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects in CPQ domain
• Conduct Solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution aligned with business requirements
• Work closely with technical teams to validate feasibility and compliance with Salesforce standards.
• Manage Salesforce configurations (pricing rules, product bundles, discount schedules, approvals) and configurations of other GTM tools as well.
• Oversee data migration, integration, governance, and ensure compliance with data policies.
• Develop and execute test plans, including UAT, to ensure quality solutions.
• Train end-users and provide high-level support.
• Design dashboards and reports to monitor tools performance and drive insights.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Sr.Business Analyst, with at least 6 years of experience specifically in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ and GTM tools such as Marketo, ZoomInfo and Lead scoring tools etc.
• Proficiency in data migration, management, and integration best practices.
• Working experience of tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 etc.
• Experience with implementation of AI automation to improve sales performance
• Salesforce Certified Admin (Must have)
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Must have) Nice to have:
