Leadership development within the company is paramount in order to better serve our communities with positive impact. Duties * Training will be provided in order to preform at a high level * Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and preferences. * Conduct property evaluations and highlight the features that need improving on their homes and why. * Utilize territory sales strategies to effectively manage client relationships within assigned areas. * Implement inside sales techniques to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM tools. * Execute direct sales initiatives, including cold calling potential clients to generate interest. * Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the home buying experience. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic to model homes. Qualifications * Not afraid of heights. * Not afraid to build relationships with strangers. * Have a positive attitude, with the willingness to learn. * Experience in sales is not necessary, however is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
