Sales Manager Job status: Management Hours: 45-47 hours per week Location: 4201 Creighton Road Richmond VA 23223 Strange's is seeking a Sales Manager for the Wholesale Division at 4201 Creighton Road. The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. The Sales Manager directs, coaches, and motivates a team of wholesale delivery drivers and order pullers. Scheduling : 45 hours a week. Pay rate to be discussed during the interview process. This position is eligible for healthcare coverage, 401k, life insurance, PTO, and more! Job Responsibilities: * Directs staffing and training of order pullers and wholesale delivery drivers * Develops a weekly schedule for the sales staff according to their employment status * Updates and distributes weekly inventory/availability of greenhouse plants to local vendors (i.e. landscapers, independent garden centers, etc.) * Reviews and processes delivery tickets * Answers phones and takes orders * Assists in product maintenance when needed * Occasionally delivers product to other locations or costumers * Develops relationships with customers and identifies new ways to attract new customers Interested in this opportunity?
