Are you a shooting sports enthusiast able to give excellent customer service to our customers? Do you have retail experience or looking to get into the retail industry? Part-time opportunities for Sales Associates described below: Qualifications: * High school graduate or GED certificate preferred. * Prior retail or sales experience preferably the retail industry. * Shooting sports knowledge a plus. * Prior retail cashier or cash handling experience is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Legally eligible to work in a firearms environment. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * Must be 18 years or older. * May require Certificate of Eligibility. Essential Functions: * Greets all customers. * Demonstrates excellent customer service and salesmanship. * Demonstrates constant awareness of firearm safety. * Executes all required firearms paperwork within legal parameters. * Provides product knowledge and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. * Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motions. * Standing and walking the entire work shift. * Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including evenings, holidays and weekends. Open for business 7 days / week.
