We manufacture over 100 different confections, many of which are our original recipes that date back to when we started in 1930. In addition to a wide selection of our own treats, our Virginia Beach and Outer Banks retail stores also carry a trending candies, gummies, souvenir gifts, and clothing lines, while focusing on bringing out the nostalgic kid in every customer. Display a helpful, friendly attitude towards customers offering information on current merchandise, store promotions, and product features. Restock inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment and work on cash registers. Primary Job Duties: * Greet and assist customers and consistently delivers a positive customer experience * Work on the Point of Sales system/cash register, process sales transactions * Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features * Cross-sell products * Ensure racks and displays are fully stocked * Inform customers about discounts and special offers * Answer customers' questions about specific products/services in a prompt and friendly manner * Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options to drive sales * Support Management in maintaining a clean, organized and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop * Availability to work flexible hours.
