: As a CSR - Customer Sales Representative, you will represent top-tier brands at promotional events across local retail stores and community venues. You'll engage with customers, deliver outstanding service, and drive sales through product demonstrations and expert advice. Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering guidance on products and services.
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Maintain accurate customer records and input relevant data into systems.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

:

• Must be able to commute to our office in Santa Ana, CA (on-site role).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS or sales systems.
• A positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
