What You'll Do As our Account Manager, you'll be the face of our brand, building epic relationships with clients and driving our growth to new heights. If you love connecting with people, crushing sales goals, and geeking out over plant-based foods, this is your dream gig! Here's what you'll be up to: * Forge unbreakable bonds with clients--think distributors, retailers, and foodservice partners--making sure they're as obsessed with our cheese as we are. * Hunt down new business opportunities to get our products on more shelves and menus. * Team up with our sales, marketing, and production crews to deliver seamless client experiences. * Cook up clever account strategies to smash sales targets and boost brand loyalty. * Share the scoop on our products, promotions, and innovations to get clients hyped. * Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors to spot growth opportunities. * Wow leadership with killer sales reports and forecasts that show off your wins. Who You Are * You bring 1+ years of account management or sales experience, ideally in food or CPG (bonus points if you've worked with plant-based products!). * You're a communication wizard with ninja-level negotiation and relationship-building skills. * You've got a track record of crushing sales goals while juggling multiple accounts like a champ. * You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * You're pumped about plant-based foods and sustainability (or ready to dive in headfirst!). * You're cool with occasional travel for client meetups or trade shows.
