JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Account Executives (SAE's) are given territories to manage. Required 3-5 hours of meetings in the office each week and the majority of the time is spent presenting each day M-F 8AM-5PM. There are company leads provide (a few a week) and you will be required to create your own pipeline through networking and proper techniques we teach you combined with skills and motivation you bring to the table. You will have a sales trainer and sales engineer who will help train you in proper bidding techniques and assembling jobs so you may become proficient in quoting on your own. We provide a one stop solution for the customer. We provide commercial fire alarm installation and monitoring along with test and inspections. We also offer intrusion systems, CCTV, and access control. We pride ourselves with being the largest privately own alarm company in Arizona and strive to be the best!! COMPANY: Titan Alarm Inc. has grown rapidly over the last few years. We have been in business since 2008 and are looking to add 1 new Senior Account Executive. Titan Alarm hires and fires by their core values. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for people with a minimum of 2 year industry experience AND any type of sales experience that would like to join a successful team and raise the level of competition with our staff. The Account Executive needs to have energy and a likable personality. You need good salesmanship skills but more importantly to us is your personality and dependability. As long as you fit our core values we can train you how to sell but we can't train personality. One thing is for sure, you must enjoy talking with people but more importantly people must enjoy talking with you.
