Summary As an Inside Sales & Services Representative at Advanced Cooling Technologies, you will be instrumental in driving sales for our MRI chiller products and services. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional customer support and technical expertise to clients across North America. Responsibilities: * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Process chiller and parts sales orders, prepare quotes, packing, shipping, tracking and receipts. * Monitor and track parts & glycol sales, reconcile parts stored at subcontractors and solve discrepancies. * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our products. * Manage chiller inventory in third party warehouse, conduct inventory count under instruction from accounting team. * Support service team with PM scheduling, conduct customer survey and post-service feedback, provide feedback to service managers. * Assist service team with spare parts for EM needs. * Coordinate subcontractor training and certification process under service account manager's guidance. * Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. * Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales, preferably in the medical equipment industry. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction. * Ability to conduct outbound calling effectively to generate leads. * Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales processes is a plus. * Business development experience is beneficial but not required.
