About the job We are looking for an energetic individual who will assist and sell in our pop-up events. This individual must love to travel and can perform sales very well, especially in a fast-paced environment (pop-up events). Friday and weekend, and any holiday availability are required. We are looking for someone who can work with a small team and grow along with the company, with the opportunity to grow into a higher position. The job's main responsibilities are below: Retail Floor

Responsibilities

(Sales):

• Be an expert at customer relationships and cross-selling
• Obtain accurate product knowledge to maximize sales
• Push sales through cross-selling and add-on selling
• Raise brand awareness to customers by providing information about the company, including our story and mission, and promoting our social media
• Provide excellent customer service through talking to and helping every single customer with or without purchase
• Maintain excellent work ethics
• Organize products and displays, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event/store
• Communicate with the sales team and report to the Supervisor whenever it's necessary
• Response to any inquiry or questions from the sales team in a timely manner
