Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood * "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers * Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal * Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience * Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Qualifications: * Tech savvy * Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth * Great communication and social skills * Top-notch time management skills and highly organized * A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred * Licensed Professionals : A valid Texas real estate license is a must for this role * Sales Expertise : Prior sales experience, ideally in real estate, will be a significant advantage * Communication & Networking: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and building connections * Drive & Tech-Savviness: A self-starter attitude and comfort with modern technology are crucial for success About Company * Why Lily Moore Realty?
