Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. A perfect match would be an individual currently in a similar role with 5 years experience selling retail and insurance jobs looking to switch companies. This is a ground floor opportunity with room for advancement if desired. Make no mistake, this is a "Eat what you Kill" position; your compensation will be based entirely on what YOU can produce. Your pay is a direct reflection of your output. This is not a position for anyone lacking accountability. You will be responsible for generating leads, new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be in the Residential Roofing market, utilizing your skills in lead generation, account management, and upselling to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey our product offerings. Duties * Identify and target potential clients through research and networking within the industry. * Perform Roof Inspections * Meet with Insurance Adjusters, Homeowners and Property Managers * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. * Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through effective negotiation and closing techniques. * Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and service delivery. Experience * Proven experience in Roofing outside sales * Strong background in with Insurance work is a big plus * Familiarity with software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM). * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
