As our Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on new customer acquisitions, and work with each individual customer to create customized solutions for their needs. Each day, you'll have a pipeline of perspective clients who are looking for JME's industry expertise, NO COLD CALLING required!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide solutions and support
• Answer client questions and follow-up questions
• Work with sales team to help close sale opportunities
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Maintain a database of prospective client information using Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.
• Work with clients through the entire sales process from quoting to closing process
• Meet weekly and daily metrics/KPIs as laid out by the Sales Manager

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-year previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience, industrial sales preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with current and potential customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently What we offer:
• Pay: $50K - $60K base with uncapped commission
