Job description Medical Sales Representative - Filos Health Laboratory (DFW) Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex Compensation: Commission-based (8% commission per sale) + Bonus (Each Account Closed) On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 per year Employment Type: Full-time, Commission-Based (Potential for Base Salary After 90 Days) Filos Health Laboratory, a state-of-the-art clinical diagnostic company, seeks an experienced Medical Sales Representative to expand our presence in the DFW healthcare market. We specialize in precision diagnostics, including routine lab testing, molecular diagnostics, infectious disease testing, and genetic panels with a strong focus on AI and predictive analytics in clinical diagnosis. Key Responsibilities: * Drive new business by identifying and securing partnerships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and concierge healthcare providers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote Filos Health Laboratory's cutting-edge diagnostic services. * Effectively communicate the value of our advanced AI-driven lab solutions and personalized patient diagnostics. * Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your existing network and expertise in medical sales. * Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Proven track record in medical sales, with multiple years of experience in the DFW market. * Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory services, diagnostic testing, or related healthcare sales. * Existing relationships with healthcare providers in the region are highly preferred. * Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth in a commission-based structure. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
