As a Business Development Director you will work with the center operations team to develop a clear strategic plan for the center. Your plans should prioritize physicians based on proprietary ECO (Every Case Optimized) System database that enables each center to determine their optimal case mix.Location: Remote - Minneapolis/St. Paul MN (or near to there) Candidates must be local.Duration : Direct/Fulltime Responsibilities: * Strategically define targets, via MDetective program, for the recruitment plan in coordination with center operations and physician leadership, optimizing the likelihood of success. * In partnership with the operations team determine a specific value proposition for the center based on their position in the local market and the type of physician being pursued.
