Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent Opportunity: * Property & Casualty license is preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date * At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required * Life & Health license is a plus * Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior * Excellent communication skills * Proven ability to meet or exceed goals * Must be motivated and determined with excellent communication skills * Must pass background check Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent Opportunity: * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to capitalize on the lucrative 300% monthly new business bonus program * Manage and coach a team of sales professionals * Provide leadership in the community * Prospect and market commercial insurance and take advantage of the ability to broker commercial insurance not desired by Farmers insurance * Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $168,000.00 - $280,247.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License (Preferred) * Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
