Job Summary We are kitchen cabinet wholesale located in the Chicago and open the new location in the Indianapolis. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with cabinet stores, contractors, and builders, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for business development, with the ability to analyze market trends and manage territory effectively. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. * Conduct inside sales activities, including upselling products and services to existing customers. * Identify new business opportunities through territory management and proactive outreach. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development initiatives. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in construction or real estate industry. * Familiarity with inside sales techniques and strategies for upselling products. * Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage territory effectively. * A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
