Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials that highlight key features. * Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and appraisers, title companies, to facilitate transactions. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions for administrative purposes.
