Requirements * Insurance Licenses: Currently hold or be willing to obtain the necessary Alabama Insurance Licenses (Property, Casualty, Life & Health). License support is available. * Preferred Experience: Sales experience or a background in client-facing roles is preferred. Insurance experience is beneficial but not required. * Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong openness to coaching and commitment to personal and professional development * Our growth path has you becoming an agency owner in 12 months or less.
