Job Title - Retail Sales Associate Duration - 12 Months (Possible Ext) Location: 5010 N 95Th Ave., Glendale *AZ *85305 Max Pay Rate: $17/HR on W2 Plus + Incentives + Bonuses Bonus: $300 at 30 days $300 at 90 days $400 at 180 days Incentive: Also, they will receive fixed $225.00 for their first two months - If their commissions are higher than the $225 they will receive the higher amount. // Their Manager will explain the commission structure during the interview. Description: Sales/ Upsell/ Cross selling: 2 years (Preferred) - Onsite The Third Party Solutions Specialist is an ambassador of the brand within Walmart They guide customers through the purchase decision, installation process and education of product and accessory offerings Responsible for meeting established sales, revenue, and customer experience objectives by ensuring customers are provided with the appropriate product and accessory solutions This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience Responsible for driving the retail sales channel for products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner. Develops and implements retail sales strategies and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization. Exceeds growth and profit objectives by maximizing the retail sales of individual and bundled wireless, video, voice and data services.
