Job description FloorQuest - Waukesha Sales Administrator

Duties

Support Sales Team on various tasks which includes, but is not limited to:

• Must have strong computer, organizational, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong basic math skills are required.
• Be self-motivated, a quick learner, and be able to work independently and in team settings.
• Prior construction office experience is desired; previous floor covering/cabinetry experience is a definite plus.
• Manage purchase orders, communications, and schedules.
• Track materials and installation dates. Communicate with Mill and Vendor Representatives as needed.
• Print out (to scale) project blueprints and layouts for Sales Team and/or Installers.
• Track and/or assist in getting customer approvals on all assigned projects.
• Make samples for internal and customer showrooms.
• Assist in processing claims
• Handle Incoming Phone Inquiries
• Display and always maintain top notch customer service. Basic

Requirements

:

• Be pleasant and enjoy working with a wide variety of people.
• Possess proven keyboarding, written, and verbal skills.
• Have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Be willing to learn a variety of industry and company-specific software programs.
