RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. * Assist clients with policy changes and updates. * Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred.
