Full description of the position
Join our team and build your career in sales with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Executive. This role is designed to provide you with the foundational skills and industry knowledge necessary to grow within our organization. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Foster Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Account Executives, internal teams, external clients, advertising agencies, and out-of-home buying services. * Develop Client Support Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service by managing client inquiries, resolving requests, and delivering timely follow-ups, paving the way for a trusted client relationship. * Master the Sales Process: Gain proficiency in coordinating advertising contracts, internal work orders, non-space agreements, client posting instructions, and completion reports, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. * Production Coordination: Manage and track production activities for accounts, ensuring accuracy in completion reports and effective delivery of advertising materials. * Build Technical Proficiency: Become skilled in our internal systems to create impactful proposals, contracts, and maps that support the Account Executives' sales efforts. * Organizational Support: Maintain organized files and documentation for Account Executives, track receipt of materials, and assist with production coordination as needed. * Collaborate and Lead by Example: Support the company's sales and service philosophy, acting as a professional and diplomatic representative of the Sales Department.
