Responsibilities

• Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Build and maintain school district relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process
• Continue learning and staying on top of the changing market
• Work as a team with 500+ recruiters to source and interview school professionals
• Act as a liaison between the school and candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Sales mentality
• Must be willing to commute to the office until gaining hybrid or remote status As this is an entry level position, we do require people to be onsite in our office before their first milestone/promotion, so please consider this before applying.
