Compensation

: $97,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to evaluate the specific financial needs of individuals, families, and small business owners, providing personalized financial solutions.
• Present a diverse selection of financial products, such as life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, and tailored savings strategies, to meet the individual requirements of clients.
• Educate clients on the significance of life insurance, estate planning, and methods for building wealth, guiding them in making well-informed decisions.
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to grow the client base through referrals, networking events, and online outreach campaigns.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with clients as a reliable financial advisor, assisting them in adapting their financial plans to changing situations.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of ethics and customer service.
• Engage in continuous professional development and leadership training provided by PHP, including advanced product training and workshops focused on personal growth.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of financial professionals to exchange insights, share best practices, and receive ongoing support and mentorship from industry experts.
