We are looking for a talented Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to assist with all the internal operations of the Branch. As a team member, you will help foster a positive environment, give sales/product support to outside sales & customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in all branch operations. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievements with a goal of success and the expansion of the business. Responsibilities * Assist all operational aspects including customer service, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and sales * Open store (7am) and close store (4pm) * Address Customer satisfaction issues promptly * Quote & Order processing * Attention to detail & accuracy is a MUST! * Product Research & Sales Support * Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities * Meet Goals and Metrics * Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities * Share knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities. * Adhere to the highest ethical standards. * Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company * Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration * Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
