Inside Sales Representative About Us: Platinum Visual Solutions is a leading manufacturer of high-quality visual display products, including chalkboards, markerboards, tack boards, and whiteboards. We supply our products to general contractors, dealers, division 10 distributors, and educational institutions across the United States. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales & Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview: The Inside Sales & Project Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent organizational skills, excellent phone communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and distributors. * Process and manage incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities. * Coordinate project timelines, logistics, and production schedules with internal teams. * Work closely with general contractors and distributors to track project progress and resolve any issues. * Be able to read plans and provide accurate quotes, pricing, and product recommendations based on customer needs. * Maintain and update customer records, project details, and sales reports. * Collaborate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of orders. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in inside sales, project management, or a related role. * Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
