Full description of the position

We are seeking a senior executive with a proven track record of driving growth in the supplement, CPG, or health & wellness industry. This role will optimize sales strategies to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and optimize sales performance in a fast-paced industry. Responsible for development and execution of channel strategy, total company sales performance (retail and ecommerce), driving velocity, and managing pricing and promotional strategies for all accounts. The ideal candidate possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

:

• 15+ years proven success in vitamins and supplements, CPG, or health/wellness sales.
• Strong understanding of key Amazon tools and business drivers as well as demonstrated experience with other e-commerce platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred
• Robust understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and category management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Travel as needed

Compensation

: Competitive salary $200,000 - $250,000 in addition to a high incentive commission structure tied to revenue and performance goals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
