Full description of the position

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to play a significant support role in the closing of both residential and commercial real estate transactions, while handling most of the administrative duties associated with running a busy real estate office. Responsibilities include: * Manage incoming phone calls and visitors * Open all new files for upcoming closings and order title searches. Gather owner's policies as needed from seller or other title agencies * Learn parts of underwriting and closing processes so you can grow into other roles in the office * Review, save, and provide title searches for typing * Update and maintain active insurance policies for affiliated contractors. * Coordinate all incoming and outgoing US and Overnight mail and deliveries * Order Mortgage Payoffs and Ohio Attorney General payoffs for state tax and other judgments * Ensure all necessary documentation is saved within the database before final policies * Complete necessary title updates for construction loans * Order office supplies * Assist in-house attorneys and staff with other tasks as necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
