We have a great opportunity for a dynamic sales personality to show and sell BRAND-NEW homes. You do NOT need to be a licensed realtor for this position! If you are interested in a career in real estate, this is the position for you. Experience selling new homes is preferred. Competitive base compensation plus bonus potential for each sale! Responsibilities include marketing, showing the homes to prospective buyers, customer relationship management and ultimately the sale of the home. The property is conveniently located in Delaware, Ohio, which is one of the state's fastest growing communities and has very high per-capita income. This housing community will consist of 90 homes priced at approx. $300,000 and with the booming housing market this is the perfect time to sell!
