Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in outside sales, particularly in a B2C environment. EVERY rep we have is making $10k+ per month within the first 90 days. We can show the pay stubs to prove this! Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management. * Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into customers. * Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions. * Manage only the prospecting aspect of the sales process. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales, preferably in a B2C setting. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience with cold calling techniques and territory management strategies. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets. * Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory.
