Are you a people person? If so, then you can sell cars! We are looking for people in the Restaurant, Customer Service, Retail industry. We provide 2 weeks in house training and on going training for success for those with no experience in sales. Elyria Hyundai is growing and we want to invest in qualified candidates to join our team! Signing bonus $2200.00 for no experience and pay guarantee for the first 2 months. Work Hours: Mon and Thur 9am -8pm. Tues, Wed, and Friday 9am-6pm. Saturday 9am - 5pm. Closed Sun. Two days off per week. Closed on New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Must have valid Driver's License PLEASE DRESS PROFESSIONALLY FOR INTERVIEW Responsibilities: * Business Casual Attire required * Build rapport with customers * Be knowledgeable about the product * Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion * Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs * Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems * Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements * Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors * Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Knowledge of electronics or related industries is preferred - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
