Duties

:

• Performing and training new contact lens wearers on the process if insertion and removal of contact lenses.
• Strong backround in Sales.
• Measurements of single vision, bifocal and progressive lenses.
• Knowledge of manual lensometer.
• Ability to communicate with and properly handling patients that are unhappy with the products, patient care, or experience provided at the office.
• Proper phone etiquette in all situations.
• Verifying insurances: VSP, MES, EYEMED, DAVIS, IEHP.
• Submitting insurance claims and verifying that the billing and coding of each exam was done correctly.
• Ordering patient products including frames, lenses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and more. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Schedule:
