Inside Sales Representative - Dental Biomaterials Location: Fullerton, CA (In-Office Role)Join a Growing Sales Team in the Dental Industry! SigmaGraft, a manufacturer of biomaterials for dental and orthopedic applications , is expanding our inside sales team in Fullerton, CA! We specialize in bone grafting and tissue regeneration solutions used by dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons worldwide.We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to engage potential clients, provide product education, and drive sales. • Engage with dentists and dental specialists via phone and email to promote SigmaGraft 's biomaterials.
• Educate potential customers on product benefits, helping them understand bone grafting and regenerative solutions.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts --follow up with leads, take orders, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to support business development.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products. What We 're Looking For, B2B sales, or customer service experience (dental or medical sales preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to learn and explain technical products effectively Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools Must work in-office (Fullerton, CA) Monday -FridayWhy Join SigmaGraft?
