Benchmark Builders is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic full-time New Home Sales Manager for Traditions at Whitehall in Middletown, DE. Responsibilities: * Writing agreements of sale with customers. * Touring customers through our welcome center/model homes. * Maintaining communication with prospective buyers along with maintaining CRM database to track and manage sales leads. * Employing strong sales techniques & strategies. * Guiding prospective buyer through financing qualifications & current loan programs. Build relationships with mortgage companies. * Maintaining up to date working knowledge of competitors in the marketplace and conduct quarterly CMA's. * Generating referrals and leads through community marketing at various events. * Building relationships with large corporation relocation specialists, schools, military, etc. * Connecting with local Realtors in the community. * Monitoring cleanliness of model homes, spec homes, and the general site appearance. * Adhering to company policies and procedures. * Maintaining excellent customer relations and reflecting Benchmark's image to the marketplace. Schedule: * 5 scheduled days per week including Saturdays and Sundays, 11AM to 5PM. Requirements: * A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in new home sales, or commissioned based real estate. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Understanding of basic construction terms. * Ability to answer construction questions. * A professional appearance. * Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. Compensation: * Base salary plus commission.
