Ideal Printers is currently seeking a goal-oriented, energetic sales professional to join our team in Saint Paul. This is a Business to Business outside sales position. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell Ideal Printers product offering and services by interacting with new clients and prospects
• New business development
• Develop business plans for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Anticipate a customer's needs, expectations, and sell Ideal services and capabilities to meet them
• Maintain long-term consultative relationships with clients for repeat business growth
• Be resourceful & take responsibility for controlling own success in our business growth QUALIFICATIONS
• Two plus years of successful outside sales experience in the printing and or mailing industry
• Existing sales volume of $500,000 or more per year
• Ability to build strong relationships, strong sales and negotiating skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills--written and verbal
• Confident personality suitable for handling cold calls and account management
• Excellent presentation and organization skills
• Possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics
