Salary: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per month * Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission Health Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training * Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Take premium payments from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. Handle customer renewals. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must be highly self-motivated. Career minded vision. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
