Full description of the position
Description: Elite Sedation is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team in California. As a key member of our outreach efforts, you will work closely with our Office Liaison, to understand our services, target clientele, and marketing strategies. Once fully trained, you will use your skills as a sales representative to promote our services to dental offices. This is a commission-based position, ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys fieldwork, and is passionate about healthcare solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Office Liaison to understand Elite Sedation's offerings, target audience, and service benefits. Participate in onboarding and cross-training with the Office Liaison to develop a strong foundational knowledge of our business. Identify strategic areas and dental offices for outreach and lead generation. Develop and execute personalized sales approaches to establish new client relationships. Assist in creating marketing campaigns tailored to local dental office needs. Represent Elite Sedation with professionalism and in-depth knowledge of our services. Maintain consistent communication with dental offices, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel. Close deals by securing full-day engagements with dental offices -- compensation is based on successfully completed full-day office collaborations. Requirements: Must reside within California and be familiar with local geography and dental practices. Must have a valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation. This is required for traveling to dental offices across designated territories. Prior Sales Experience - or client outreach (healthcare or dental industry preferred). Excellent Communication Skills. Must be able to clearly articulate service offerings and build strong relationships with office staff and decision- makers. Self-Motivated & Results-Driven. Must be comfortable working independently and motivated by performance-based earnings. Professional Appearance & Demeanor. Represent the Elite Sedation brand with integrity, professionalism, and confidence. Basic Tech Proficiency. Comfortable using email, and communication tools to track leads and stay in touch with the team. Collaborative Mindset. Willing to coordinate closely with our Office Liaison, especially during training and campaign planning. Adaptability & Willingness to Learn. Open to training, feedback, and continuous improvement to become an expert in our service offerings. Availability for Flexible Hours. Some flexibility required to align with dental office hours and scheduling needs. Compensation (Commission-based) $500 to $1,000 per successful booking or sedation.
