About the Role

Own It Real Estate Solutions is growing! We're seeking licensed, motivated, and self-starting real estate agents to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want access to pre-approved buyer and seller leads, mentorship from a seasoned investor, and the structure and support needed to take your real estate career to the next level. You'll work independently under the guidance of Shay Nabors--a licensed real estate broker, experienced real estate investor, and property manager --and gain exposure to exclusive leads, resources, and partnerships throughout Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to assigned buyer and seller leads
• Conduct property showings and open houses (with paid opportunities available)
• Attend and support first-time homebuyer workshops in partnership with local nonprofits
• Guide clients through the real estate buying and selling process
• Maintain CRM updates and lead follow-up activity
• Participate in team meetings and optional training sessions
• Represent the Own It Real Estate Solutions brand with professionalism and integrity What You'll Get

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin real estate license (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to participate in team events and workshops
• Familiarity with Milwaukee and surrounding areas is a plus
