Job Title: Showing Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Southern New Hampshire License Required: Active New Hampshire Real Estate License Overview: We're seeking a reliable, motivated, and licensed Showing Assistant to support a high-performing real estate team specializing in residential, luxury, and new construction homes throughout Southern NH. This is a part-time position with potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed agent looking to gain hands-on experience, expand their local market knowledge, and grow within a collaborative, high-energy team environment. Responsibilities: As a Showing Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Open houses are primarily on weekends. We're seeking someone who is flexible; availability during these hours is a requirement of the position.
