Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include operating the cash register, assisting customers with their inquiries, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

What You'll Do

:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, returns, and general inquiries
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with light stocking and inventory as needed What We 're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
