Background: This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company at an entry level!

Compensation

is based on a mixture of hourly and commission pay. The range listed is likely for the first year but you will have the opportunity to earn in excess of $100k per year in this position.

Responsibilities

: - Cold calling to develop leads and meet new clients - Coordination with Marketing Manager on marketing campaigns - phone/in- person - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues - Inspect roofs to identify necessary maintenance/repairs - this position requires the use of ladders and physically inspecting roofs. Safety and handling procedures will be taught. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Price projects and prepare proposals for customers - Communicate with customers regarding pricing, progress, billing, etc. - Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities - Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks

Requirements

: - A minimum of 3 years of roofing industry experience is required. - Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred but not required - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Willingness to learn a new trade is a must! - Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,023.00 - $65,155.00 per year
