Richmond Exteriors is a leading contractor for exterior construction/remodeling in the following areas: Roofing, Siding, Windows, Guttering, and more. This full-time position reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with field superintendents, installation managers, and other estimators. Job

Duties

:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the customer's needs and preferences
• Presenting exterior remodeling products or services in a clear and persuasive manner, highlighting their benefits and features
• Conducting in-home consultations to discuss projects and provide personalized solutions
• Monitoring past bid results to maximize obtained contracts
• Negotiating prices, terms, and closing sales deals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Education and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience and proficiency in estimating software (Apple App)
• Knowledge of exterior building products or construction knowledge
• Strong communication skills Key Competencies:
