Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Generate and follow up with leads, referral sources, and community partners.
- Relationship Selling Use discovery-based questions to understand client needs and match them with the right insurance products
- Quote & Close Present tailored insurance solutions and close business with confidence and clarity
- Networking & Referrals Build referral relationships with professionals such as mortgage lenders, realtors, and small business owners
- Contribute to Team Success Collaborate with other sales pros in a growing agency focused on innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Licenses (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Proven Sales Experience 2+ years preferred; experience in mortgage, banking, or B2B sales is a major plus
- Goal-Oriented You are driven by achievement, growth, and financial success
- Excellent Communication Skills You know how to ask the right questions, listen closely, and present with impact
- Self-Motivated & Disciplined You work well independently, manage your pipeline, and dont wait to be told what to do
