Responsibilities * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Track tasks and activities in provided technology * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Consult with sellers, convert to listings, then market home and negotiate offers * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, then identify homes and negotiate offers * Conduct 3-4 open houses monthly * Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching session, trainings and Partner call Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
